SCCAI2025 announces a call for full papers. Researchers are invited to submit papers either to Track A or B. The length of the paper should be up to 10 pages without references.

Peer-Review: Submitted papers will be selected by the respective sections and will undergo a Single-Blind review process (i.e. reviewers know who the authors are).

Originality: Papers submitted to SCCAI2025 must be completed, original work of the authors. They may not be simultaneously under review elsewhere. Publications that have been peer-reviewed and have appeared at other conferences or workshops may not be submitted to SCCAI2025.

Plagiarism: SCCAI2025 follows a strict policy regarding plagiarism and self-plagiarism.

Proofreading: Please proofread your submission carefully. The language used in the paper has to be clear and correct (US English or UK English spelling conventions are acceptable).

Selected papers will be published in the conference proceedings, a special issue of the Open Access Journal Lecture Notes of TICMI

Important: In case your paper is rejected for publication in conference proceedings, the abstract of the paper will be considered as the abstract for your talk at the conference and may be accepted and included in the Book of Abstracts.

Step 1. Please register at the VIAM submission system: https://www.viam.science.tsu.ge/new/admin/register.php

Step 2.  Please log-in at  https://www.viam.science.tsu.ge/new/admin/login.php, 

  1. Switch to the “Submissions”, “New Submissions”, “SCCAI 2025 conference”
  2. The Title, Author and Abstract are mandatory fields.
  3. The “Author” field is for the Corresponding Author.
  4. Click the button and choose the Track
  5. Upload the TEX and PDF files in the corresponding fields.
  6. Upload a ZIP file of all the source files, necessary for compiling the paper
  7. Press “Save”.
  • If your submission is processed successfully, you will see the corresponding message; Submission will appear on the “Submissions” table above the “New Submissions”.
