To participate in the conference, please log in (here) and upload the Abstract of your talk, maximum 1 page. 

Please use the LATEX template. The track identifier, either Track A or B, should be indicated clearly (see the template).

Accepted abstracts will be included in the SCCAI2025 Book of Abstracts.

  • July 15, 2025 – Deadline for the paper submission July 31, 2025 – Deadline for the paper and  abstract submission
  • August 1, 2025 – Notification of acceptance of paper August 15, 2025 – Notification of acceptance

Proofreading: Please proofread your submission carefully. The language used has to be clear and correct (US English or UK English spelling conventions are acceptable).
